Recipes: Chicken
! Nonstick cooking spray
3 pounds chicken wings, separated at the joint
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbls. Thai chili paste (can add more if desired)
2 cups Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Orange Sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spray a large rimmed sheet tray with nonstick spray
Place the chicken on the sheet tray. Bake until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the garlic, chili paste, and the Sweet & Tangy Orange Sauce in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a simmer and cook on low till the sauce starts to get translucent in color, about 15 minutes.
Add the cooked wings to the pan of heated sauce. Toss until they are completely coated
Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy.
