Recipes: Salad
4 cups mixed greens
2 cups cabbage, kale mixture
2/3 cup red bell pepper
½ cup red onion, ( thinly sliced)
1 cup Jicama, (peeled and cut into matchstick slices)
1 cup mango, (peeled and diced)
1 cup cucumber, (diced)
1 cup fresh pineapple(diced)
1 chicken breast, cooked and diced
4 tbsp candied sunflower seeds
1 cup Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Orange Dressing
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Divide on to 2 plates and top with Sweet & Tangy Dressing
