Keli’s Polynesian Salad

Recipes: Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed greens

  • 2 cups cabbage, kale mixture

  • 2/3 cup red bell pepper

  • ½ cup red onion, ( thinly sliced)

  • 1 cup Jicama, (peeled and cut into matchstick slices)

  • 1 cup mango, (peeled and diced)

  • 1 cup cucumber, (diced)

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple(diced)

  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced

  • 4 tbsp candied sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Orange Dressing

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl

  • Divide on to 2 plates and top with Sweet & Tangy Dressing
