Autumn Kale & Apple Salad with Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups kale/cabbage mix

  • 2 cups spring mix

  • 2 cups diced apples

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • ½ cup diced red bell peppers

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ¾ cup Keli’s Sweet & Tangy Orange Dressing

Directions:

  • Mix green together in large bowl

  • Add in apples and veggies/Mix

  • Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top

  • Top with Sweet & Tangy Dressing
