1 pound beef sirloin, fat trimmed
1 pound chicken breast meat
1/4 cup Keli’s Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
1/4 cup Keli’s Pele’s Fire Sriracha Teriyaki
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Short wood skewers, ( or cut long ones in half)
Cut meat into 1-inch pieces. Skewer meat alternating beef and chicken. (Can skewer separately if desired, be creative!)
Add Teriyaki Glaze, Sriracha Teriyaki, and garlic cloves, and stir to combine.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.=
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and place the oven rack in the top position. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Remove meat skewers from refrigerator.
Place skewers on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes till start to brown on top.
Remove from oven. Can glaze again with extra sauce , if needed. Place on serving dish, enjoy hot.
