Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, fat trimmed

  • 1 pound chicken breast meat

  • 1/4 cup Keli’s Teriyaki Baste & Glaze

  • 1/4 cup Keli’s Pele’s Fire Sriracha Teriyaki

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped

  • Short wood skewers, ( or cut long ones in half)

Directions:

  • Cut meat into 1-inch pieces. Skewer meat alternating beef and chicken. (Can skewer separately if desired, be creative!)

  • Add Teriyaki Glaze, Sriracha Teriyaki, and garlic cloves, and stir to combine.

  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.=

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and place the oven rack in the top position. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  • Remove meat skewers from refrigerator.

  • Place skewers on the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes till start to brown on top.

  • Remove from oven. Can glaze again with extra sauce , if needed. Place on serving dish, enjoy hot.
